About
Andy Marra started on the defense side — years of litigation, mediations, and settlements that teach you how deals actually get done. Not in theory. In rooms where outcomes are on the line.
From there, a general counsel role at a hypergrowth staffing company during a period of aggressive scale. During that stretch, the sales process was rebuilt to remove nearly all legal touches from the workflow, and new contract structures were introduced that drove seven-figure-plus revenue.
